As technology continues to advance at an unprecedented pace, today's students are presented with unparalleled opportunities to acquire knowledge at levels surpassing any previous generation. With numerous web browsers, applications, and artificial intelligence platforms at their disposal, they have instant access to a vast wealth of information.

The abundance of technology poses challenges for most students,

as smartphones and social media diminish face-to-face interactions. Consequently, many students struggle to cultivate skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and adaptability.

Schools establish a set of objectives for students to achieve before graduating high school, often encapsulated in a graduate profile. This profile delineates desired attributes and competencies, including effective communication, collaborative abilities, creativity, and adaptability, in addition to fulfilling academic requirements.

​

The challenge for school leadership lies in validating the criteria of their graduate profile and demonstrating its efficacy. Our objective is to furnish schools with a valuable, evidence-based resource to validate their profile or portrait of a graduate competencies.

​

We collaborated with superintendents, administrators, teachers, and counselors from a dozen school districts. Alongside organizational psychologists and behavioral scientists, we utilized this collective research effort to develop an application for the profile of a graduate.

Our team is dedicated to equipping schools with unique data insights

leveraged by artificial intelligence that effectively demonstrates the efficacy

of their profile of a graduate. We strive to empower schools to graduate students equipped with skills that align with their envisioned graduate profile.
