Soft skills are the missing puzzle piece to student success

As technology continues to evolve today's workforce, students need to develop skills that make them uniquely human - soft skills.

The Soft Skills Gap:

The rising importance of the need to teach soft skills has become a major concern for school districts, even more so in the last few years. Compared to classical or academic skills, teaching them is challenging because they have been poorly defined. Evaluating soft skills is harder than academic and technical skills.

Students are entering college and career candidacy with the academic and technical skills required but they are lacking the soft skills desired. These skills are versatile and linked to academic, career and life success.

The earlier students can bridge this gap, the more goals they will achieve in their lifetime.
